(319) HOLYROOD INQUIRY: NO TAPES FROM THE BBC
The BBC in London has declined Lord Fraser’s request, made after the BBC had submitted unbroadcast interview material from Dr David Kelly to the Hutton Inquiry, to enable him to see unbroadcast tapes of interviews with the late Donald Dewar and Enric Miralles concerning their roles in the planning and construction of the Scottish Parliament building at Holyrood (see No 312). The acting chairman of the BBC, Lord Ryder, indicated his belief that there were clear differences” between Hutton and Holyrood
