(162)  Deputy First Minister acts again

The Deputy First Minister, Jim Wallace, stood in for a third First Minister at First Minister’s Questions on 7 March 2002, after Jack McConnell was taken ill earlier that day.  Mr McConnell subsequently recovered and resumed his duties.
