(232)  CORPORATE CULPABLE HOMICIDE: THE TRANSCO CASE

On 3 June 2003 the Appeal Court of the High Court of Justiciary overturned the decision of Lord Carloway (see No 217) that a charge of culpable homicide was competent and relevant against a company (Transco PLC).
