Legal Services Bill: Tesco law for Scotland?

A busy week for the Scottish legal system: on 1 October 2009 the Scottish Government published its Legal Services (Scotland) Bill, which will open up the market for the provision of legal services, in particular by practising along with non-lawyers, including such as banks and supermarkets (hence Tesco law).
