Some aspects of the Queen’s Speech at the State Opening of Parliament on 25 November 2003 that caught the eye of Scots Law News:
A Bill will be introduced to enable more young people to benefit from higher education. Upfront tuition fee will be abolished for all full-time students and a new Office For Fair Access will assist those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
